Terms & Conditions
1. Project Scope & Specifications
Every renovation project begins with a clearly defined scope of work outlining the agreed architectural design, interior planning, construction services, materials, and deliverables. Any work requested beyond the approved proposal may require additional approval, revised pricing, and updated project timelines.
2. Design Approval & Modifications
Clients are required to review and approve all design concepts, drawings, layouts, material selections, and visual presentations before construction begins. Any revisions requested after approval may result in additional costs, revised schedules, and updated documentation.
3. Material Selection & Sourcing
Materials, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and decorative elements will be sourced according to the approved design specifications. Where selected products become unavailable, suitable alternatives of comparable quality may be recommended following client consultation.
4. Construction Timeline & Project Phases
Estimated completion schedules are prepared based on the approved scope of work. Timelines may change due to weather conditions, supplier delays, regulatory approvals, site conditions, client-requested modifications, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5. Permits, Approvals & Compliance
Where applicable, required permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals will be managed according to the agreed project responsibilities. All renovation work will be completed in accordance with relevant building regulations and applicable construction standards.

Appropriate safety measures will be maintained throughout the renovation process to protect workers, homeowners, visitors, and surrounding property. Clients are encouraged to avoid designated construction areas while active work is being performed.
7. Change Orders & Additional Work
Requests for design modifications, structural alterations, upgraded materials, or additional services after project commencement must be documented and approved before implementation. Such changes may affect overall pricing, material procurement, and project completion dates.
8. Site Cleanliness & Waste Management
Construction debris, packaging materials, and renovation waste will be removed periodically throughout the project. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain an organized and safe work environment while minimizing disruption to occupied areas of the property.

10. Quality Assurance & Final Inspection

11. Warranty & Workmanship
A limited workmanship warranty may apply to eligible renovation and installation services for the agreed warranty period. Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations, and issues resulting from improper maintenance after project completion.
12. Payments & Project Completion
Payment schedules are established according to agreed project milestones, including initial deposits, construction phases, and final completion. Upon completion, a final walkthrough will be conducted to review the finished work before formal project handover and closeout.
